North West Londoners, if you haven’t popped by Comptoir V yet, you’ve been missing out. Located in Kensal Rise, it’s the meat-skipping sister restaurant of nearby Comptoir Mezze, serving a whole host of Middle Eastern dishes, from Moroccan buddha bowls, to battered mushroom ribs and kofta tagine.

The best bit? They’re all entirely plant-based, meaning you can enjoy food bursting with flavour and spices sans any animal products. They even offer biodynamic vegan wines, cocktails, cold-press juices, and organic coffee drinks, to boot. Now if that’s not an all rounder.

We are an independent vegan restaurant passionate (and a little obsessive) about making delicious plant-based cuisine. We are inspired by sunshine, nature and our travels with a particular nod to the bold flavours and colours of Morocco, where we have spent considerable time collecting family recipes and mezze dishes that we love to share you. We love experimenting with animal product alternatives to create delicious, inventive plant powered dishes. We take traditional recipes and vegnaise them ensuring they lose none of the enjoyment and only gain flavor.

Our signature Dynamite ‘Shrimp’ has moreish sticky sauce and the flavor of the sea thanks to kelp. We marinate our Portobello mushrooms in a secret bbq sauce and twice cook them serving them on a bed of garlic kale with a creamy gluten free mac and cheeze’. Our cheezecakes are notorious attracting people from all over London and beyond and our Moroccan Pancakes were voted the best vegan dessert in London by Time Out Magazine!

Founded in the heart of West London, our Kensal Rise branch provides an intimate and relaxed environment with décor straight from the souks of Marrakech, whilst our Street Kitchen on Portobello Road provides delicious vegan street food to enjoy on the stroll.
