Celebrating the beauty of every eye, lip and face is fundamental to our DNA. It’s in our name and inspires us as a company.
We are committed to creating a culture internally – and in the world around us – where all individuals are encouraged to express their truest selves, are empowered to succeed and where we do the right thing for people, the planet and animals.
From February 2019 to-date, “Project Unicorn” has
eliminated 650,000 pounds of excess packaging waste.
While that may sound like a dream, we’ve worked like
mad scientists to strip down our packaging to next to
nothing, covering only what we had to.
It’s one step forward on our path to reducing our packaging footprint.
650,000 pounds of excess packaging waste is equal to:
2,600 pandas. (But not as snuggly)
50,000 puppies. (Definitely not as cute)
1,965,569 avocados. (Holy Guacamole!)
650 unicorns. (They’re probably 1,000 LBS Each, Right?)
BLACK LIVES MATTER
we stand with the black community
Standing up is who we are, what we represent and how we support our community. Our priority is to ensure that our Black employees, consumers and community feel supported in our collective condemnation of anti-black racism. We stand in solidarity against racial injustice.
We are committed to doing the right thing in the best way that we can. What’s most important right now is doing our part to impact positive change.
Donating to the cause
We donated to Color of Change, an Oakland based civil rights advocacy organization. We matched all employee donations to organizations that fight anti-black racism including but not limited to; BLM, ACLU, NAACP, Campaign Zero, Minnesota Freedom Fund.
Angel City Pits
100% vegan & cruelty-free worldwide
Partnering with Jkissa, we created a custom To the Rescue Eyeshadow Palette with shades named after adopted dogs from Angel City Pits or pups in Jkissa’s life. $15,000 was donated to Angel CIty Pits in LA—a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to creating a better future for pit bulls through education, public advocacy, adoptions, and owner support.
We love our furry friends!
